Celiera Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioning Systems are a powerful & flexible way to efficiently cool & heat a room. Each system has two parts: an indoor unit & an outdoor unit. The indoor unit is mounted using a bracket - like a picture frame - on an exterior facing wall, then connected to the outdoor unit using a small hole drilled through the wall. Electricity is supplied via a 20 Amp Breaker (not supplied) to the Outdoor unit. The indoor unit draws its power from the outdoor unit. All Celiera units use the QUICK-INSTALL system, making installation easy. The QUICK-INSTALL system features pre-wired indoor & outdoor units, Quick-Connection terminals for connecting the two units & pre-flared/pre-flanged insulated line sets (connecting pipes). There is no welding or soldering needed and no need to charge the system, since the system comes pre-charged with premium R410 refrigerant. Complete installation kit & hardware is included, plus a manual & installation instructions. Using the QUICK-INSTALL system, setup time is cut in half. Excellent Product !!!

I am a Master Commercial HVACRefrigeration Mechanic .To be honest after I saw the price I said to myself why not ,this kit includes every thing except a vacuum pump and a pair of refrigeration gauges .I installed this unit in five hours .I inspected the high build quality of the cabinet,compressor,indoor fan coil unit ,set outside unit and wired up power supply from the house connected refrigerant lines to wall unit and the control wires are already connected to indoor unit so you will just need to secure them to refrigerant lines with the zip ties that are included and duct tape to the outdoor unit tightened all fittings hooked up the vacuum pump checked for leaks powered up the unit with the High quality long range remote and it cranked up without a flaw it cools a 13x18 remodeled sun room .The unit is very quiet ,the only thing about the instructions has the temperature measurement in celsius but you can convert it and I would recommend to vacuum the system down not to purge the system the secret to a long lasting system is a proper install and thats part of the job ,Over all compared to the Major manufacturers Its an equal to the big boys on quality.

What a Disappointment!

I found out what the problem was with this unit I hired a second tech and he showed me where the freon had leaked out of. then he vacuumed the pressure and tried to recharge the outside unit with refrigerant and sure enough it leaked out of where showed me.
This is very inconvenient for my business' opening day
another thing wrong with the system was a thermo sensor he told me it is used for the heat pump.
*also this unit is not whisper quiet like advertised*.
extremely disappointed by amazon for the first time because now i have to go through the hassle of uninstalling this AC, Box it up and ship it back!

Instructions confusing, wiring is strange, and part was missing

This unit was missing the mounting plate for the indoor unit when it was delivered, and the instructions have no way to contact the manufacturer. No county, no address, no phone, NOTHING! I don't even know where this thing is made!
My electrician was confounded by the wiring. Apparently the blue wires they use are not standard and should not have even passed UL.
I am going to try to return this but I threw away the boxes and it weighs a ton. This was a mistake to buy. I regret it.
