Adds that little bit of unnessary "Extra"

Makes the more coffee experience, just a tab bit richer....but really not necessary. This is an item of extravgance, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Fantastic addition

Heating the cups makes a world of difference! It isn't a necessity but as one reviewer stated, it completes the experience. Programmable turn on and off assures the cups are warm before you make your first cup of coffee. The finish matches Jura's other products and looks nice next to the coffee machine. I have three regular mugs in each drawer and this has freed up space in the cabinets. I only wish I had gotten this sooner.

Warm cup-Warm hands!

Really completes the coffee expirience. The auto-on feature is great. Holds six good sized cups or mugs but not tall ones.
