Outdoor Timer

We tried a digital timer first, because that was all that was available in the local home stores. We needed a heavy duty outdoor timer. We tried several times to set it and it wouldn't work right. This timer is so much easier to set and actually works. Sometimes the "old fashioned" things just work better.

This seems more durable and well built than one of the other 'name brand' timers. Works great. I use it to time my immersible hot tub heater.

Runs too fast!

This device gains one to two hours a day. Since I frequently adjust the on / off settings, I can correct the time. But if you are away and expect this device to control anything accurately, forget it!
