Powerful!

This is the smallest fireplace type space heater I have seen. I have used the larger size in my bedroom, but even on low, it was too much warmth for the space. This smaller Dimplex unit is just right. In about a 12'x12' room, a few hours of this heater on low warms us up on nights when it's in the low 30s, upper 20's. I'm very happy with it; the style is great and it isn't hot to the touch. Unlike the larger types, the heat on this one comes out of the lower front panel instead of from further underneath- but that's the only difference. The power is wonderful and the flames-look, relaxing. It's also very quiet.

Returned all three, no credit received yet.

I was disappointed that the first cube package that I opened was defective so with that in mind, I decided to return all three Dimplex Mini Cube Freestanding Electric Stoves. The three packages were picked up by Fed Ex on January 29th and to date have not received my refund. Not at all satisfied with this transaction. Please see that I get my refund as an 82 year old senior citizen, need the money. Thank you.
