Defective - All the water leaked out immediately!

This item was completely defective. Filled it with water and it immediately leaked all of the water out of the bottom - huge mess on counter! Looked great, arrived promptly, had all the features I wanted...so sad.

Best water urn!!!

I had already a lot of hot water pumps and everything broke within a few months, and this i have already for 1 and a half year and the water comes out with the same power as the first day. I recommend you should buy only this company if you want a good water pump!!!!!
